Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American actor who is best known as a star of the well-known TV series 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. Since his college days Meloni had a keen interest in the field of acting. Then he studied at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He's appeared in films and television, but it was his small-screen characters which earned him fame and a large fan base. The actor is able to play characters from both the good and bad aspects in the law enforcement system. He can draw the attention of viewers with ease. He was the serial killer role in the first TV show he appeared in and later played the role of an NYPD detective. In recognition of his performance on tiny screens, he's been awarded multiple nominations for prestigious Emmy Awards as well as PRISM Awards. The most striking of his face features is thought to be the sharp blue eyes that have allowed him to portray characters who appear rough and fascinating. The year 2006 was the last time he was included in People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive list.
